Areas of Responsibility :
- Perform thinning tasks by removing excess plants to promote healthy growth and proper spacing.
- Use hoes to remove weeds, ensuring that crops have enough space and nutrients.
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines while working with hand tools and farm equipment.
- Assist with other general farm tasks, such as planting, harvesting, or watering as needed.
