AI/ML Engineer

Role: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA


Responsibilities:

• Possess a strong understanding of both technology and the telecom industry, enabling them to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and other public-facing activities to promote the company's GenAI solutions and thought leadership
• Able to perform product evaluation, identify alternate approaches of any technical/ business problems.
• Work closely with Service Line, Delivery teams to ensure alignment on technical strategies, roadmaps, and customer success initiatives
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Ability to identify and solve complex technical and business problem

Technical Depth:

• Strong background on Python AI/ML packages, Deep Learning & GenAI development work.
• Need to have strong understanding of AI/ML models, LLM, Agentic AI & Future trends with hands on knowledge on any RAG pipeline creation, Vector Database fine tuning, SLM fine tuning
• Basic understanding of NVDIA framework, Client & AMD offerings.
• Understanding of Quantum Computing and pauses a POV on the same and how it will affect AI and Future research around computing.
