The ideal candidate will have certification in Epic Willow Inpatient and experience in system build and configuration. This role involves collaborating with clinical and operational teams to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of the Epic Willow Inpatient module.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Build and Configuration: Design, build, and configure the Epic Willow Inpatient module to meet clinical and operational requirements.
- Workflow Analysis: Analyze and optimize workflows to ensure efficient use of the Epic system.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Epic Willow Inpatient module.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications:
