Job Summary –

• 4 years of experience in Oracle Identity & Access Manager.
• Should have been in the role of IAM Analyst.

Years of experience needed –

• 4 years of experience

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with leading IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data mining, Segregation of Duty SOD, and Role Based Access Control RBAC
• Conducting cross-functional discovery exercises with both business and technical users to create design that accurately reflect the organization's business and corresponding IT access authorizations to fulfill those business needs
• Communicating with stakeholders and helping stakeholders understand different implementation options at business and technical level
• Coordinate with various teams to drive and execute access changes bring access in line or make recommendations to change as appropriate
• Ability to gather and analyze information, design tests and validation procedures to confirm accuracy and strengths of a given control point
• Validate, Document and Agree on Business requirements
• Engage application tech owner to provide evidence
• Collect evidence

Technology:

• Should have worked on tools related to Oracle Identity & Access Manager
• Should have used technology related to App Authentication and Validation

Education qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Certifications Needed:

• Certificates in relevant fields are added advantage.
