The candidate will lead functional workshops, solution design, data migration, cloud deployment, and system integrations to ensure seamless MAS 9 adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Lead and deliver 4-5 full-cycle Client Maximo MAS 8.x/9.x implementations, ensuring on-time, within-budget execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder management strategies.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from discovery workshops to go-live and support.
- Apply Agile/Waterfall methodologies to manage Maximo implementation projects.
- Ensure adherence to Client MAS 9 best practices, compliance standards, and IT security policies.
- Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define and execute project objectives.
- Lead user adoption, change management, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Provide functional consulting for multiple clients as a part of the implementation team or independently.
- Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions.
- Guide solution rollouts across multiple regions, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Lead functional discussions with stakeholders and provide architectural governance.
Solution Architecture & Functional Implementation Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end architectures for Client Maximo MAS 9, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Execute requirement discovery workshops, document requirements, and define functional designs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to convert functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Maximo MAS 9, including Maximo Manage, Monitor, Health, and Predictive Maintenance.
- Guide Maximo configurations, workflow automation, security roles, and user access controls.
- Implement Maximo Mobile and MAS Health solutions, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Provide integration expertise for Maximo with SAP, Tririga, BIM, CAD, GIS, IoT, AI-driven analytics, and enterprise applications.
- Develop best practices for Work Management, Asset Management, and Energy Management within Maximo.
- Lead technical discussions and architectural governance to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Liaise with test teams and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Maximo MAS 9 implementation.
- Identify and resolve functional and technical issues, ensuring smooth deployments.
- Create training documents and deliver training sessions for Super Users and End Users.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- 10-12 years of Client Maximo technical and functional experience .
- Client Certified Functional Analyst Maximo Application Suite preferred.
- Proven experience in leading Maximo MAS 8.x/9.x implementations.
- Strong expertise in Maximo Manage, Monitor, Health, and Predictive Maintenance.
- Experience in Maximo Mobile and MAS Health implementation.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based Maximo deployments (AWS, Azure, Client Cloud).
- Proficiency in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and automation scripting.
- Knowledge of Maximo licensing, subscription management, Client Cloud Pak for Data, and AI-driven asset management.
- Experience in containerized deployments using Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Familiarity with data migration, BIRT/Cognos/Power BI reporting, and AI-driven predictive maintenance.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
