Position: PC lab technician
Location: Gloucester, MA (Onsite)
Job Description: -
• Work under the direction the GIS to define security parameter to implement and work under and translate those into Lab.
• Interacting with the business (i.e. engineering, operation, etc.) to understand lab requirements.
• Managing and Maintaining computer lab equipment and software.
• Providing technical support and guidance.
• Setting up and configuring new computer systems.
• Monitoring computer systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Updating and installing software.
• Enforcing lab rules and regulations.
• Conducting routine inspections and performance tests
• Assisting in training users.
• Documenting and reporting.
