Job Description:
- 'Quality Engineer with ISO audit experience:
- ISO9001 Compliance audit and assessment in manufacturing
- Conduct thorough audits to identify any non-conformances or areas for improvement within the organization.
- Examine processes, procedures, and documentation to
- Meticulously review documents, records, and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. to identify any areas of non-compliance or improvement opportunities. Determine if there are any gaps in the implementation of the quality management system or if corrective actions need to be taken.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality management systems (QMS)
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
- Provide training on quality principles, tools, and methodologies to team members
- Working with operations managers to develop and implement process improvements
- Coordinating with external quality assurance auditors and technicians
- Monitor the production process and perform regular tests to identify potential issues.
- Use metrics analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend risk mitigation strategies .
Knowledge of quality management systems standards like ISO 9001, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment towards continual improvement
