- 15 years of SAP experience within AMS or similar support-focused environments.
- Proven expertise across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP,FICO), with a strong track record in solution design.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, AMS methodologies, and best practices for support and optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex client landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring SAP systems are optimized, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the architect team, business and technical teams to design and refine SAP environments, enhance system performance, and ensure the seamless delivery of support services.
- Lead the architecture of SAP solutions within the current landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Develop scalable and sustainable SAP solutions that accommodate evolving client needs, with a focus on continuous improvement and stability.
- Guide design and implementation of new SAP functionalities, integrations, and upgrades while minimizing disruption to production systems.
- Develop governance protocols for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring adherence to SLAs and efficient resolution of issues.
