Your role will include training on the Tanius platform of tools for trading and risk management, deep tick by tick research guis, historical tick databases available for python research, and clusters for large scale simulation and optimization.

No trading experience is necessary, but a track record of persistence and accomplishing hard things is what are are looking for. We will provide training and mentorship to get you ready for your role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience or interest in programming (Excel, Python etc)
- Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
