Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, as well as experience with tax planning, compliance, and provision calculations. The candidate should also have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to present complex tax concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Additionally, the candidate should have proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. CPA certification or equivalent is preferred.
