Tankersley Food Service is seeking a skilled Clinical Logistic Driver (CDL Class A) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer and manually unloading/delivering various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.
Salary and Benefits
The base wage for this position is $25.72-$32.15/hour, based on your experience in the food industry. Our drivers enjoy daily routes and are home nightly, with no weekends required. Key Responsibilities
As a CDL Class A Delivery Driver, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating a tractor-trailer and manually unloading/delivering products to customer locations
- Building relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude and becoming familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations
- Maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to all relevant regulations and laws
- Lifting, pushing or moving product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- One year of verifiable experience in a similar role
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
