About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our US Oncology Medical Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in the US market.

- Develop and execute US Oncology Medical strategies to drive business growth in the US market ">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between medical and brand activities ">
- Partner with external clinical community, including opinion leaders, payers, and medical societies for scientific exchange ">
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including integrated delivery networks, accountable care organizations, and payers ">
Requirements
">- ">
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school ">
- 2 years of clinical research experience and/or basic science research in Oncology ">
- Clinical research/medical affairs experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO) ">
- Familiarity with US healthcare compliance considerations ">
- Experience with clinical study management and conduct ">
- Network of customer contacts in therapeutic area ">
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical industry and legal/health system environment ">
- Finance/budgeting and resource management experience ">
