Essential Job Responsibilities
- Work with clinic leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Work in conjunction with the Administration department to manage provider job postings on the ATS
- Collaborate with leadership team to understand their hiring needs through the entire recruiting process
- Handle the creation and maintenance of job postings, including screening questions
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the job requirements to refer to hiring managers for consideration
- Support the phone screening and interview process when needed
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and progress in the hiring process
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Extend employment offers
- Administer background investigations and drug screenings for potential hires
- Reconcile candidate background check and drug testing bills
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline processes and manage candidate data efficiently
- Prepare training materials and conduct new employee orientation
- Manage recruiting and onboarding modules within the HCM, create and update event tasks and workflows for the new hire process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires
- Managing I-9 compliance, documentation, and handling of tentative non-confirmation or expiring cases
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and job market conditions to provide valuable insights to hiring managers
- Actively search for potential candidates to fill job openings using various methods such as job boards, social media, etc. to identify suitable candidates when applicable
- Continue to engage and uphold relationships with technical colleges for recruitment purposes
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as necessary
- Order branded promotional items (swag) for events related to recruiting and new employee orientation
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process and suggest improvements
- Maintain Indeed company page and send out Indeed reviews to new hires after 90 days
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and compliance regulations related to recruitment
- Conduct annual Office of Inspector General (OIG) verifications to ensure workforce is compliant
- Maintain logs and ensure Labor Law posters are up to date or replaced if not
- Assist with other HR department duties as needed
Education:
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field, preferred
- 2 years’ experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist required
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
