MBA/MHA Internship – Healthcare Management

Description

We are seeking a motivated and talented master’s level student currently enrolled in an MBA or MHA program for a dynamic internship experience. This 3-month paid internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare management by working on critical projects and shadowing organizational leaders.

Duration: 3 Months (Paid)

Location: Layton Antelope

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects related to revenue cycle management, clinical operations, healthcare management, and process improvement.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Attend and participate in meetings, offering insights and recommendations.
• Shadow senior leaders and directors to gain exposure to decision-making and leadership styles.
