What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinical Decision Unit (Days) position at Tanner Health System?
The LPN is a new graduate or a nurse who has not practiced nursing within the past five years. The LPN functions under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. - Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
- Healthcare Provider (CPR)Qualifications
- NOTE : ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.
- NOTE : NRP within 6 months of hire into Nursery and L&D.
- NOTE : PALS within one year of hire in PACU
- NOTE : BLS required within 30 days of hire.
- Qualifications as designated in Nursing Clinical Ladder Policy.Every other weekend. Holiday rotation required.
