What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Consultant (Recruiter) - Human Resources (Days) (Temporary) position at Tanner Health System?
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Will serve as a strategic business partner to hiring managers and leadership to plan, develop and implement innovative, inclusive recruiting strategies.
Education : Bachelor's Degree
Experience :
Two years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of two (2) years experience in Talent Acquisition with knowledge of applicable employment laws.
Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous experience utilizing an ATS (applicant tracking system) is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and leaders across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, establish service commitments and exceed customer expectations.
Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
