Functions
Area of Responsibilities
Work with Program Coordinator to build, market, and grow Tanner Corporate Health Services.
Work with Corporate Wellness Coordinator to schedule meetings, create agendas, and record minutes
Maintain and update existing account and protocols in appropriate databases to reflect company requirements. Work with other departments to ensure company protocols are followed during occupational health visits. Work with service lines under Corporate Wellness to monitor and ensure use of databases are reflective of communication and services. Proficient in reviewing, GRITS, OSHA, DOT, CMS, CDC and other registries, to ensure compliance.
Maintains knowledge of Corporate Wellness services lines, programs and capacity, proficiently communicate to company clients, helping them navigate to the correct team member with a warm hand off.
Document and record client complaints and grievances in databases as well as communicate with appropriate parties documenting resolutions.
Review pending results to determine remaining requirements needed to complete authorized procedures. Work with Occupational Health Coordinator, Employee Health, and Corporate Wellness Coordinator to ensure all testing is entered and resulted to appropriate parties.
Uses multi sites (OSHA, NIOSH, NAOHP, AOHP, etc) to ensure clinics are up to date and using best practices. Work closely with Program Coordinator prior to community events on how to promote services and education. Attending, organizing, and facilitating community events and educational seminars.
Ensure confidentiality of information based on State, Federal, HIPAA and Tanner Medical Center policies and procedures.
Ensures compliance with external regulatory agency requirements such as those from TJC, CMS, OIG, OSHA, etc..
Assist team members as needed with other administrative duties
Teamwork & Clinical Support - Works well with others and functions as a team player. Offers ideas and solutions for issues that affect the team and work area.
Development - Maintains a current knowledge of Corporate Wellness service lines and community events. Participates in continuing education. Participates and helps develop new programs and procedures.
Customer Service - Provides assistance and information in a kind, courteous manner to clients and visitors. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Communicates effectively with clients, staff members and management. Works together with other team members to achieve Office and System customer service goals.
Compliance Statement
Employee performs within the prescribed limits of Tanner Health System's Ethics and Compliance program. Is responsible to detect, observe, and report compliance variances to their immediate supervisor, the Compliance Officer, or the Hotline.
