Based in Central NY, Tanner Insurance Agency is a family owned business started in 1985. We work with multiple insurance carriers to provide insurance to both families and businesses. We have been growing rapidly and currently have 3 locations throughout the CNY area. Our service assistants work closely with our producers to provide great service to our clients.
As a Service Assistant
What you'll be tasked with:
- Answering & Routing Calls
- Client Billing
- Setting Up Client Accounts
- Mail Processing
- Collecting Client Information
- Handling Customer Complaints
- Communicating With Underwriters
- Policy Changes
- Data Entry
What you will need:
- Excellent Phone Skills
- Extroverted Personality
- Ability to Problem-Solve, Prioritize, and Multitask.
- Computer Skills
- Ability to Adapt to Changing Systems and Technology
Job Duties:
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
