The client is looking for ONE (1) Business Analyst/Consultant IV
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with "Waterfall" and "Agile" methodologies (8 years)
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Creating and maintaining artifacts such as: business requirements documents, requirements traceability matrices, and test plans (8 years)
Ability to independently analyze, document, and speak competently to business objectives, gaps, needs and problems.
Phone and web based interviews will be acceptable.
However, an in--person interview may be required.
Interviews will be set up shortly after the posting close date.
MUST provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be a supervisory level.)
Candidate MUST be physically located in Wisconsin (or willing to relocate within 30 days of the start date .
Candidate must follow ALL DCF work rules
Candidate must be available to perform all work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager)
Candidate will be required to provide their own equipment for this position (See job description for required specifications.)
This position supports the overall planning, development, testing, implementation, and support of DCF's child welfare application, Wisconsin's Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (eWiSACWIS). This position works with the vendor to define and develop detailed specifications and designs for system development. The position will work with County and State programmatic staff
and Child Welfare project management staff to define and develop applications to support business processes
