Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute test plans, test cases for functional, regression & integration testing.
-Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, ensure quality expectations are met, and provide feedback on product design and functionality.
-Perform manual testing across different platforms and environments.
-Maintain test documentation, update test Suite, cases, and ensure tests are up to date with product changes.
-Report and communicate test results clearly and effectively to project teams and management.
-Verify software releases by performing Smoke Test, ensuring compliance with specifications and identifying any issues that could affect the user experience.
Requirements:
-Experience working with SAAS vendor soultion for depoyment .
-Experience using some of these Tools: Azure DevOps Test Management - Managing test cases, tracking defects, and facilitating deployment for efficient testing workflows.
-MS Office - Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication
-Helps/Not required: Aha Project Management - Organizing and managing project requirements, deliverables, collaborating on timelines, and capturing feedback to align testing efforts with product goals
-EPIC knowledge is helful but not required.
100% remote, equipment will be provided
This position provides software quality assurance services for projects and systems. Supports the development of deliverables, which include defines, performs and documents product validation for new and/or modified applications. Investigates operational and process problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel. Maintains quality records and metrics status reports; guides and directs lower level personnel on the set-up and performance of quality controls. Devises and applies quality controls for in-house and vended products. Assists in the execution of quality reviews under the direction of the project team or a senior quality colleague. May need to maintain test library and scripts in test management tools. (e.g. Quality Center).

Education: Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: Bachelor of Science degree with training/experience in software development, software testing or quality control; OR Associate's degree in a computer related field and 2 years of professional experience in software development, software testing or quality control; OR 6 years of professional experience in software development, software testing or quality control.
