We are seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to join our team at Tantillo Auto Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily banking activities, including credit card deposits and other banking items.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate verification and payments.
- Develop processes throughout the store to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative work environment with state-of-the-art facilities.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Automotive Office Management.
- Proficiency in Dealer Track/Reynolds and Reynolds or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of Title work and Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
