Tantillo Auto Group is seeking an energetic and experienced Office Manager to manage our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all banking activities, including credit cards and check/cash deposits.
- Ensure accurate account reconciliations and payments.
- Develop processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Create a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Automotive Office Management.
- Proficiency in Dealer Track/Reynolds and Reynolds or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of Title work and Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
