Job Title: Clinician

As a clinician with us, you will have the opportunity to provide individual, group, and family clinical sessions. Your caseload will evolve as you develop, encompassing crucial responsibilities such as conducting intakes, Comprehensive and Functional Assessments, Treatment Plans, Clinical Notes, and discharge/follow-on care. In addition, you will handle clinical documentation in electronic health records, working with both commercial insurance and Medicaid/Medicare clients.

Job Description and Duties:
· Licensed Masters Level Social Worker or Counselor reporting to the Clinical Director and/or Program Director.
· Provide high-level professional clinical counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities.
· Work With Community Support Workers within the Comprehensive Community Support Services Program, demonstrating a deep understanding of its principles.
· Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 30 billable client contact hours per week.
· Engage directly with children and families in individual, group, and family sessions.
· Demonstrate initiative, independence, and a strong work ethic as a self-starter.
· Assist in program planning, activities, and outings, with a willingness to plan and participate in recreational and adventure-based therapy.
· Conduct Comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments, develop Treatment Plans, and discharge/follow-on care plans.
· Utilize the Electronic Health Records system for all clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA-compliant communication.
· Provide services in diverse environments, including clinical offices, alternate locations, and home visits as needed.
· Support quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives for NVW programs and services.
· Contribute to the evaluation and data collection for NVW programs and services.
· Complete billing procedures for clinical services and submit information to NVW’s billing department.
· Ensure timely completion of all clinical notes, assessments, and treatment plans within 24 hours of the appointment.
· Attend Clinical Staff meetings and supervision sessions.
Pay: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
