Paint buildings and lifts, inside and outside, to maintain the appearance of Taos Ski Valley's facilities and buildings. Help the facility maintenance team perform maintenance tasks when needed.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Proficiently uses paint brushes, rollers, and sprayers to apply paint to all types of surfaces
- Applies paint evenly, without runs and miscues.
- Moves scaffolding weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Accesses roofs and other areas via scaffolding and ladders.
- Carries and lifts tools and ladders.
- Clean up tools, materials, job sites, workshops, and vehicles daily.
- Assist with other facility maintenance non-painting activities, including dirt work, general labor, and carpentry, as well as assisting other departments.
- Reliable attendance on all scheduled workdays
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge:
- High school diploma or higher
- Painting experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Work Environment:
Taos Ski Valley, Inc. is often a fast-paced work environment, especially during Holiday and Peak days. TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work in close quarters and with other staff.
