Overview :

We are a small CPA firm looking for a responsible bookkeeper / accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set in bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation. They must be highly organized and able to multitask with ease while maintaining an attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

  • The basic duties include general bookkeeping; running payroll; filing sales tax; maintaining internal databases; assisting clients; and other duties as needed.

Requirements :

We are looking for someone who possesses the following traits :

  • Proven reliability and experience as bookkeeper / accountant.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with an aptitude to learn new software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
