Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using a dishmachine or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly manner
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or culinary setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work well as part of a team
