GENERAL MANAGER
Objective
Tap Root was established in 2023 with the goal to give our guests a truly unique experience each time they visit our wineries. Our properties are a destination! It is our passion to serve our guests and give them a Napa Valley experience right here in Northeast Ohio.

Requirements
- 4 years of full-service restaurant management in upscale experience preferred
- Looking for a solid background in LBW operations
- Outgoing Energetic Personality
- Guest focused service mentality
- Strong Computer skills including word, excel and POS Systems knowledge
- P&L knowledge and accountability
- Strong guest service standards and leadership qualities
- Ability to build a team and develop management skills
- Work Closely with the management team to identify key employees for development and future leadership roles
- Strong culinary knowledge with emphasis on cost and quality controls
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Must be able to work an average of 55 hours per week
- Must be able to stand and walk for period of length from 8-10 hours throughout a shift
