Key Responsibilities:
- Individual Training Sessions: Conduct personalized training sessions that address the specific fitness goals, needs, and limitations of each client, using the TAP Strength training techniques and methods.
- Program Development: Create tailored fitness programs that incorporate strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and functional movements, considering the holistic approach to health.
- Holistic Health Guidance: Provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle choices, and wellness practices that complement physical training, promoting a balanced lifestyle for clients.
- Client Assessment: Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and health history to design safe and effective training programs.
- Motivation and Support: Inspire and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals while offering support, education, and encouragement throughout their fitness journey.
- Group Classes: Lead group fitness classes focusing on various training styles, emphasizing community and holistic health.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor clients' progress through assessments and feedback, making adjustments to programs as necessary.
- Maintain Facilities: Ensure a clean and safe training environment, maintaining gym equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, NSCA, ACE)
- Previous 2-3 years training experience
- Must have morning/Saturday availability
