Seeking MALE and FEMALE Drug & Alcohol Testing staff to conduct same sex, monitored urine collections. The position includes clerical duties such as entering test results, running reports, and other tasks.
Looking for male and female candidates that have open availability, and able to work at all of our locations; Troy, Madison Heights, Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, and Romeo.
Detailed description:
- The Technician performs monitored urine collections and administers instant drug tests for clients referred through the court system. A monitored urine collection requires that the Technician must enter the restroom with the client (of the same gender only) and watch to ensure that the client is providing a urine sample from their own body.
- After the urine collection process is complete, the Technician follows TAP protocols to either perform an instant drug test on the specimen or package the specimen for shipment to a laboratory.
- The Technician is required to enter test results into TAP databases so that the information can be reported to the referring court or probation officer.

- Shifts: COULD VARY! Management is open to discussing a set schedule, so you work only PM shifts, only AM shifts, or a mix of AMs and PMs on specific and agreed-upon days.

Romeo:
MON - FRI: 6:30am - 9:30am & 4pm - 7pm

Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attendance record
- Must be able to pass a background check (not on parole or probation)
- Pass drug screening (THC Excluded)
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Professional and assertive
- Must understand basic mathematical concepts.
- Must be comfortable with computers and MS Office.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple and detailed instructions.
- Ability to deal with situations in which individual judgment may be necessary in the absence of supervision.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
