What you will accomplish as an Inventory Control Lead at TAPCO
The Inventory Leader is responsible for accurate inventory in all TAPCO Facilities. Supervise inventory control team for large volume production / distribution facility, using best practices to meet internal customer demands. This position plays a critical role in delivering Inventory accuracy. This role communicates directly with leaders in Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Operations Departments and is expected to engage in healthy dialog that results in the relentless pursuit of improvement. Leaders at TAPCO are expected to be creative in their approach to their work and have the courage to learn from mistakes.
