As a startup building new value into experiences and memories, we’re reimagining social apps for people who want to be social in the world — less time scrolling, more time living. Inspired by cassette and VHS tapes, the original DIY mobile media technology, we’re putting you in control of your entertainment in a way that feels tangible, memorable and rooted in the real world.
We’re now hiring a Social Media Creator to own the day-to-day social strategy and execution for one of our biggest hospitality clients. You’ll manage multiple restaurant accounts, creating and publishing crave-worthy content that drives engagement and reaches new audiences. This isn’t just a posting job — you’ll be responsible for using the right tools, trends, and tactics to make these brands go viral. You’ll bring a smart, metrics-first mindset to content planning and continuously optimize for performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own and operate multi-channel social calendars (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X) across several restaurant brands
- Plan and schedule content using Sprout Social — and continuously iterate based on data
- Source, shoot, and edit platform-native photo and video content with a sharp eye for what performs
- React fast to social media trends where our clients’ brands add to the cultural conversation.
- Write compelling, on-brand copy that captures each restaurant’s voice and community
- Coordinate content capture at live events, photo shoots, and activations
- Repurpose influencer and UGC into brand-owned storytelling
- Collaborate with client teams on publishing approvals and quick-turn content needs
- Track performance, analyze insights, and recommend optimizations to improve reach and engagement
What You Bring
- 1 years in social media content creation (agency or in-house, ideally in food, hospitality, or live events)
- Hands-on experience with Sprout Social or similar social publishing analytics tools
- A natural eye for content and strong short-form video editing skills
- Deep fluency in internet culture, food trends, and platform shifts
- Highly organized and responsive, with a get-it-done mindset
- Strong writing skills with the ability to shift tone across brands
- Comfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with creative teams
