General Assembler

Position Summary:

The General Assembler position is an entry level position where you learn and develop your skills by completing basic machine and manual assembly operations to finish and package our products (printed products, labels, stick-to-skin wearables, and electronic components) in accordance with our Safety Policy, Quality Plan, and ISO procedures. Able to package product for shipment or inventory.

This is a 3rd shift position: 11pm-7:30am, Sunday-Friday ($0.90/hour 3rd shift differential provided)

Essential Functions:

• Tasks include but not limited to:

o Assemble and hand Apply Sheets & Individual Parts

o Manual and Machine Hole Punching

o Waste Matrix Removal

o Inspection

o Count and Bundle

o Wrap and Final Pack

o Membrane Switch Assembly

• Input data into ERP software to accurately account for time and parts completed in operations.
• Work within well-established practices and clearly defined scope of work.
• Work with various types of adhesives and materials.
• Ensure thorough completion of paperwork in accordance with the quality management system.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Plan tasks specifically related to job at hand and meet task milestones based on production schedule.
• Work under close supervision job to job or project to project depending on scheduled plans.
• May be required to train others.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED

This job requires close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Total compensation:

The base pay range below reflects the potential hourly compensation for this position. Compensation will vary based on factors including experience. This 3rd shift position includes a $0.90/hour differential in addition to the hourly wage shown below.
