Your work family includes doctors, nurses, (on call nurses, NP’s, triage nurses, admission nurses, LPN’s) social workers CNA’s, chaplains, and volunteers, just to name a few. The only thing missing is YOU! Your role would be work with the intake department, liaisons, and the rest of the hospice care team to admit new patients as they're referred by utilizing nursing processes of assessment, interventions, implementation and evaluation. You will effectively interact with all members of the Interdisciplinary Team as well as with your patients and their loved ones while maintaining the highest standards of care and professional nursing clinical competency.

Minimum Requirements:
- Current RN License in the State of Georgia
- 1-2 years nursing experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years hospice experience (other candidates may be considered with experience in skilled nursing, home health, acute care, med surg or ICU)
- Utmost compassion & integrity
- Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
- Excellent Time Management Skills
