What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Nurse - RN - Hospice position at Tapestry Hospice?

Minimum Requirements:
- Current RN License in the State of Georgia
- 1-2 years nursing experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years hospice experience (other candidates may be considered with experience in skilled nursing, home health, acute care, med surg or ICU)
- Utmost compassion & integrity
- Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
- Excellent Time Management Skills
* The ideal candidate would work a 10 am- 7pm schedule
