Our team is looking for an Intake Coordinator, preferably with Medicare or hospice experience, for our Calhoun office. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and a team player. Some of the tasks associated with the position are:
- Patient referral management
- Coordination of referral communication
- Patient referral documentation and record keeping
- Scheduling and logistics
Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday
The ideal candidate will live in or around the Calhoun area.
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hospice Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person.
