Our team is looking for an Intake Manager, preferably with Medicare or hospice experience for our Calhoun office. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and a team player. Some of the tasks associated with the position are:
- Employee management within the intake department
- Scheduling and logistics
- Patient referral management
- Coordination of referral communication
- Patient referral documentation and record keeping
Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday
Ideal candidate will live in or around the Calhoun area.
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hospice: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person.
