Duties
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Sending purchase orders to factory
- Working with our 4 factories to determine best shipping method for orders and arrange freight/customs clearance
- Clearing international imports and exports
- Setting up Shipments from warehouse to Customer, including generating BOL and PL
- Quoting freight for the sales team
- Negotiating rates with carriers
- Submitting and managing insurance claims
- Receiving Shipments at Norristown (Will Train on Forklift)
- Tracking Freight Costs and providing analysis on cost
- Enter vendor bills to accounting software
- Tracking every order in transit and providing Sales with updates
- Managing Inventory, adding new shipments to inventory sheet
- Checking in Physical Inventory
- Picking boxes and building pallets
- Generating invoices to customers once product ships
Experience
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management principles.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
