Tapster has 5 locations nationally: Chicago, Cleveland, Seattle, Bellevue, and Philadelphia.
Tapster Lexington is a self-pour tasting room located in Center City, with 48 taps which our guests can try for themselves. Our draft list includes beer, wine, seltzer, hard tea, cocktails, cider, kombucha, cold brew coffee, and sodas. We focus heavily on guest interaction, product knowledge, and cleanliness.
Our ideal candidate is someone with Experience in Hospitality, and a willingness and excitement to learn new things and help manage a team. Shift leads run the floor and help manage our keg room, including changing kegs and updating our tech systems. This position sets the tone for everyone on staff - interacting with guests and making everyone feel welcome. Most important for us: cleanliness and timeliness.
We are offering 40 hours per week, with shifts mostly in the evenings and nights on weekends. Tapster is growing rapidly across the country, so this position offers room for growth within the organization!
