You will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure that design specifications are effectively implemented in the final product.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging, user-friendly interfaces for mobile applications, focusing on aesthetics, usability, and functionality.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ensure design consistency across all mobile platforms by adhering to established design systems and best practices, especially for responsive web design.
- Work closely with developers to deliver pixel-perfect designs and provide guidance during the implementation of UI components using React Native.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user needs and behavior.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and mobile technology to continuously enhance skills and improve design processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a UI Designer, specifically for mobile applications.
- Proficiency in React Native or similar frameworks, with a solid understanding of front-end development principles.
- Must be able to provide a strong portfolio showcasing design work with examples of mobile application interfaces.
- Excellent knowledge of prototyping tools and design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design software.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups.
