What You'll Do :
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed
Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Document technical procedures and user guides for future reference
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT support role
Strong knowledge in Active Directorty & operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified) are a plus
