POSITION SUMMARY: Point of contact for patients regarding financial aspects of treatment, coordinate any applicable treatment details with general dentists/specialists/primary physicians, present treatment plan with financial options and scheduling
PRIMARY DUTIES
Coordinate financial aspects and pre-treatment requirements for patient surgeries.
Accept and enter patient payments.
Maintain patient records and coordinate patient flow.
Track unscheduled appointments and reach out to patients to schedule.
Manage and control the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule in order to meet the practice production and collection goals.
DESIRED SKILLS
Strong dental knowledge
Minimum two years’ sales experience in general, specialty dentistry or a commission based sales position.
Ability to comprehend insurance benefits
