Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant for our Active Adult community in Willowbrook, Texas, King’s Reserve.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service skills, who is passionate about helping potential residents find their ideal home. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the success of our lease-up program.
We offer an attractive commission structure plus hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in the lease-up process to help meet and exceed leasing goals. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth of our community.
- Lead personalized property tours, showcasing the wonderful amenities, units, and benefits of our active adult community.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current residents by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
- Complete all leasing paperwork accurately, including lease agreements, applications, and renewals, while adhering to company policies and applicable laws.
- Assist with local marketing campaigns and community events that increase visibility and attract new residents to our thriving community.
- Use property management software to track leasing activities, manage resident interactions, and maintain accurate records for follow-up and reporting purposes.
- Work closely with the property management team and fellow colleagues to ensure a seamless leasing process and contribute to the overall success of the community.
Requirements
- Experience in leasing and property management, with a preference for experience in active adult communities.
- Social media / Marketing experience a PLUS!
- Comfortable use of Onesite Software.
- Strong communication skills. This includes building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and engaging with prospective residents in a friendly, professional manner.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and driven to meet and exceed leasing targets.
