What You’ll Do :
Be the Go-To Contact : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Ensure Smooth Operations : Process orders accurately, generate invoices, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Keep Things Organized : Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, orders, and vendor files in our systems.
Solve Problems Proactively : Address customer issues with a resourceful mindset, always aiming to enhance satisfaction.
Enhance Relationships : Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure their needs are met and to build lasting professional connections.
