- Welcome and assist members with check-ins, questions, and memberships.
- Manage front desk operations and the Recharge Bar.
- Process payments, handle inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service.

- Support gym events, challenges, and community programs.
- Step in as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
