By observing and assessing individual progress, the Kindergarten Teacher will tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs and developmental milestones of students. Collaboration with colleagues, administrators, and families is integral to supporting the holistic development of each child and ensuring clear communication about classroom activities and student progress. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a dynamic, age-appropriate curriculum that fosters inquiry, innovation, and skill development in literacy, mathematics, and problem-solving.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of lead teaching experience, preferably in primary grades..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom, leveraging digital tools for communication, assessment, and curriculum delivery to enhance learning experiences.
