What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute - Administrative/Support Staff position at Tarbut V'Torah Community Day School?
This position will substitute in various administrative and support areas throughout the school, which could include the business office, front reception desk and the library. Substitutes will be called on as-needed basis, ranging from one day to long-term assignments.
Job Functions (tasks may include, but are not limited to):
- General office work.
- Answering phones.
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Managing library spaces and overseeing students in the space
- Copying, faxing, and filing.
- Word processing and managing spreadsheets
- Multitasking effectively
- Operating basic office equipment
- Following school protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience
- Administrative/Support Office and/or receptionist experience
- Punctuality and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant technology, especially knowledge of spreadsheets
