What You’ll Do
Perform advanced troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on airframes, engines, and components.
Conduct engine runs and install service bulletins and kits on airframes and engines.
Accurately document maintenance and repairs in aircraft records.
Take ownership of daily tasks, completing them with limited or no supervision.
Lead and assist with team certifications, training, and qualifications.
Act as a self-starter by taking charge of critical projects and driving them to completion.
Champion safety and quality improvements, setting the standard for excellence.
Read and interpret complex blueprints and aircraft wiring diagrams with precision.
Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge to foster growth and development.
Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Valid FAA A&P Certification : Required for this senior-level role.
Extensive Experience : Demonstrated success in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
