RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, community involvement, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs to recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of products and services.
- Work collaboratively with other sales team members to share best practices and support
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Willingness to obtain property, casualty, and life and health insurance licenses.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Independent worker who sets and achieves personal goals.
