Job Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Assists with new hire orientation.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings and employee recognition events.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring process of qualified job applicants for open positions. Tracks status of candidates and follows-up as appropriate.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and continuing education.
- Ensures the administrative components of the employment onboarding & offboarding are completed in an efficient, accurate, and customer-centric manner and that all documents are filed in a timely manner.
- Maintains all employee records and files insuring they are maintained in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
- Assist with overseeing Teramind, KnowBe4, and Brivo systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relates degree, or minimum of 1 year related Human Resources field experience required.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a clinic setting. A hybrid, work from home schedule will be available as business needs allow.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
