POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst III, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information systems. The IAM Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective identity and access management solutions that safeguard sensitive data and protect against unauthorized access.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Access Provisioning and De-provisioning:
- Administer user access requests, approvals, and provisioning processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate assignment of access rights based on job roles and responsibilities.
- Execute de-provisioning procedures promptly upon employee terminations or role changes.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Proven experience in Identity Access Management or a related security role.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of directory services, authentication, and authorization protocols.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- Experience with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and compliance requirements.
